North route

Good places to stay overnight, in order of appearance:
- Earlton (Uncontrolled, 42 minute walk to town, food, cheap fuel)
- Kapuskasing (Class E, 51 min walk from town, food, cheap fuel)
- Hearst (Uncontrolled, 50 min walk from town, food, cheap fuel)
- Geraldton (Class E, not close to town, but maybe camp?)
- Armstrong (Uncontrolled, not close to town, but maybe camp?, no fuel)
Likely fuel stops (not necessarily stay overnight):
- CYXR
- CYYU or CYHF
- CYGQ (needed before trip to Armstrong/Sioux Lookout)
- CYXL, if necessary, before final hop to Kenora
Rough one day ideal scenario legs plan:
Day 1:
Leg 1: CYRP - Custom Point - CMA2 - CYXR (228 NM, ~2.1 hrs)
Leg 2: CYXR - CNE4 - CYYU - CYHF (202 NM, ~1.8 hrs)
Leg 3: CYHF - CYQG (126 NM, ~1.2 hrs)
Leg 4: CYQG - CYYW - CYXL - CYQK (296 NM, ~2.7 hrs)
Assuming 45 minutes per fuel break x3: 2.3 hrs
Total time: 7.9 hrs + 2.3 hrs = 10.2 hrs
Earliest departure: Sunrise 6 AM Local (10 AM UTC) + 10.2 hrs = 3:15 PM Local
Latest departure: 11:45 AM Local = Sunset 9 PM Local (2 AM UTC) - 10.2 hrs

It is not necessary to fly all legs but instead just try to push as far as safely possible and with enough time to return safely.

None of these are considering reserves on landing, though, to be clear.
